1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CasinoStayAustralia handles information entered into its forms and preferences stored in a visitor’s browser. The current website is a static informational travel showcase. It does not process reservations, payments or gambling transactions.
Form submissions are prevented by JavaScript and are not transmitted to a server. Visitors should avoid entering sensitive, financial or confidential information into any website field.
2. Information collected through forms
The contact and enquiry forms may ask for a full name, email address, phone number, preferred destination, preferred hotel, expected travel date, number of guests, enquiry type and message. Newsletter forms request an email address and consent confirmation.
Information entered into a form is processed only in the current browser session for validation and display of a success message. It is not sent to a database, email service, customer relationship platform or hotel.
3. Browser and device information
A website host or embedded third-party service may receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device category, operating system, referring page, requested pages and timestamps. CasinoStayAustralia does not include a custom analytics or server logging implementation.
Third-party resources loaded through Google Fonts, Font Awesome or embedded Google Maps may receive technical request information under their own privacy terms. Visitors can limit these requests through browser settings, content blockers or network controls.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website uses localStorage to remember cookie preference choices. The primary key is
casinoStayAustraliaCookiePreferences. It stores whether analytics, preference
and marketing categories were accepted or rejected, together with a necessary category that
remains active.
Local storage is held on the visitor’s device and is not automatically transmitted to CasinoStayAustralia. The cookie settings panel can be reopened through the footer or fixed settings control. Clearing site data in the browser will remove saved preferences and cause the banner to appear again.
5. Data retention
Because form entries are not submitted, CasinoStayAustralia does not retain them. Cookie preference values remain in localStorage until the visitor changes them, clears browser data or removes the storage entry manually.
A real implementation should define appropriate retention periods, delete information that is no longer required and document any legal or operational reasons for keeping records.
6. Third-party services and embeds
Pages may load Google Fonts, Font Awesome assets and Google Maps iframes. These providers operate independently and may process technical information according to their own policies. CasinoStayAustralia does not claim control over those third-party practices.
Google Maps embeds are included to indicate approximate destination areas. They indicate broader destination areas and should not be used as precise property locations. Opening or interacting with a map may allow Google to set or read its own technologies, depending on the visitor’s browser and account settings.
7. Security
This static website uses no account system, payment processing or booking database. Visitors should still use an up-to-date browser and avoid entering sensitive information. No internet transmission or storage method can be described as completely secure.
8. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. At present, no form data is submitted or held by the website.
Visitors can manage local preferences through Cookie Settings, remove localStorage through browser tools and block third-party resources through browser privacy controls.
9. Children
The website is intended for adults exploring hospitality stays. Casino areas are described as restricted to people aged 18 and over. The project does not knowingly collect information from children.
